I had the great pleasure of managing web and print design for multiple top-tier NCAA schools while at Fanatics.com. UNC was in my top 10, alongside the Clemson Tigers
and the Florida Gators.
There were various product launches throughout the fiscal year, but the most popular were for 1982-1984 #23, Michael Jordan. Here is one of many jersey t-shirt launches brought to life for the basketball Hall-of-Famer!
Created a little cheeky, visual for
LUSH's environmental hashtag: #KeepItInTheGround!
LUSH is an all-natural/organic beauty product company based in the United Kingdom. Their products are 100% free of animal cruelty and completely vegetarian. Their famous Charity Pot lotion proceeds go entirely to various charities supporting humanitarian, environmental and animal rights causes locally and around the world. Keep it in the Ground (www.350.org project) is one of their many charity partnerships aiming to stop fossil fuels and build 100% renewables for a better future.
Poster creation for Procter & Gamble's Gillette Free Shave station. Check out
the Spike The Stink contest campaign to
find out who the surprise visitor was!
At Mosaic, we pride ourselves on creating exceptional trade show banners, booths and promotional materials. Here a couple of concepts I created for The Greek Gods Yogurt.
Experience the myth!
I had the awesome opportunity to lead the design on all of Mosaic PRO's rebranded promotional products including: die-cut journals, graphic tees, pins, custom mugs, totes, press kit boxes, laptop sleeves and funky socks!
Created various Walmart shelf dangler concepts for Bush's Beans new line of
Beans and Grains Bowls.
The Clemson Tigers took the National Championship title this year! Before such games, there is an enormous amount of
prep work that goes on behind the scenes.
At Fanatics, I had to prep as if the team already won. Graphics had to be ready to
go live and/or print as soon as the clock struck 00:00. That meant a ton of work went unseen. Pictured here is a billboard ad promoting the win and a program ad for
2016 submission to the AIGA Always Summer Poster show. I chose Song for Zula by Phosphorescent, featured in the Captain Fantastic film starring Viggo Mortensen.
A collection of random art pieces (watercolors and illustrations)
created by hand throughout this journey.
It is crucial to get away from the screen
and create with thy hands! It helps keeps
the noggin fresh and in tip-top shape for
that next big idea!
Poster concept for the 2017 Fall Makery Market in Jacksonville, Florida. The Makery
is an independently-ran craft fair that brings together artisans (of all ages) and small businesses for one fun-filled weekend of conscious shopping!
Go ahead, Make YOUR day ... at the Makery!
Poster design for the movie, Into the Wild, starring Emile Hirsch.
"I love man not the less, but NATURE MORE."
Hand illustrated, digitally rendered.
The mission: create eye-candy for the
feet worthy of the galaxy for Samsung's promotional sock giveaways, while maintaining brand guidelines.
The solution: A simple design sprinkled with stardust and the phrase "Infinitely Moving Forward" to fit perfectly with their infinite identity!
Lead design on social campaign (posters
and web banners) "Spike The Stink" for Procter & Gamble's Gillette razors. Prizes included a washer/dryer and chance to
win a meet-and-greet with Rob Gronkowski
of the New England Patriots ... who also was the surprise guest at the P&G Gillette Free Shave Station!
Lead design on a TOP SECRET swag box for
new htc promotional items. I wanted to implement an old wooden crate feel while keeping the brand identity a huge focal point. These boxes were sent out to htc locations nationwide.
2015 submission to the AIGA Always Summer Poster Show. I chose the song Take the Night Off by Laura Marling. It is an enchanting, whimsical song about a past relationship that she can't seem to shake from her mind. The man lurking on her shoulder represents the "beast" in the song who she is telling to Take the Night Off. He continues to creep up the stairs to the open door with the wind chime (incorporated in the song) every night.
The second poster was revisited a year after the original was made. I took away the white space, birds and stairs and simplified it to just the two of them in the stars. To me, the fading of her image represents her loosing herself.
"You should be gone beast, be gone from me. Be gone from my mind at least ... let a little lady be."
Just a little assortment of logos.
Created an African graphic tee to fund my mission trip to Jinja, Uganda (over 100 shirts sold!) where I volunteered at the non-profit organization Sole Hope.
As I was creating the design, I found that the country is in the shape of a Lion's Head (which is shown in its respective spot on the continent)! Also, for fun, I added Rafiki holding Simba.
"Everything the light touches is our kingdom."
